người thân thương của Đức Cha Cosma Hoàng văn Đạt - Giám Mục Giáo Phận Bác
Ninh.
Xin chân thành chào kính những người anh em này và mong muốn được san
sẻ lời cầu nguyện cũng như một chút quà mọn.

LIST OF PATIENTS IN FOUR LEPROSARIA ON BAC-NINH DIOCESE’S TERRITORY
Dear Mr. Nguyen,
I am Fr. Joseph Lê Quốc Chinh, Head of Bac Ninh Diocese’s Office. On behalf of our Bishop Cosma Hoang Van Dat, I would like to send you the list of patients - and digital photos of each patient - who live on the territory Bac-Ninh Diocese, which covers 5 provinces in North Vietnam, parts of 6 other provinces and 3 districts of Hanoi.
In fact, in Bac Ninh Diocese, there are 4 leprosaria in 4 different provinces or cities.
1. Leprosary of Phu-Binh, Thai Nguyen Province: 115 patients
2. Leprosary of Qua-Cam, Bac-Ninh Province:111 patients
3. Leprosary of Dong-Lenh, Tuyên Quang Prov.:30 patients
4. Leprosary of Soc-Son, Outskirt of Hanoi: 32 patients
Total: 288 patients
This list and digital photos - sent by email - are only interim documents. I will send them all by the post as official documents.
